北京时间2023年5月4日下午，中心金强研究员受邀参加由巴哈丁·扎卡里耶大学媒体与传播研究所主办的“2023年国际媒体与传播研究会议”（1st International Conference on Media &Communication Research 2023,Institute of Media & Communication Studies）。金强研究员报告的题目为《中国媒体与文化的特征》（Charactersitc of Culture and Media in China），报告分为五个部分，分别为文化、媒体与媒体文化，中国人的文化与文化观，基于中国视角的跨文化与跨国媒体，中国人如何通过媒体来相互认知和社交媒体与智能媒体时代的可能。
